A trip to Lake Arrowead in Georgia on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Katie spotted a crane in the water but it was just out of reach to get a good shot with the 18-55 lens. If you look hard you can spot it on the opposite side of the water near the bank. We did manage to get a few interesting photos of the landscape and a few friendly frogs.

They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so I'll be the next to welcome you to the blog-o-sphere! The Georgia shots were great, but I'm partial to Vermont, so I'll look forward to seeing some Vermont landscape :)
